Guitar Hero 5 hits American stores today and the first review of the game was released by The Official XBox Magazine. They gave the game a 9.5 but you'll have to pick up the mag for the full review. There should be plenty more reviews on their way in the next few days and I'll post links to them as soon as they're released.
In other news, it has been confirmed that the songs from LEGO Rock Band will be exportable into the other Rock Band games. This has been one of the key features of the other Rock Band games but it was something that Harmonix has previously been tight lipped on. As The Beatles: Rock Band won't feature an export setting, there was some skepticism over whether it'd be possible in the LEGO version but worry no more, 'The Final Countdown' and the Ghostbusters Theme will be soon available to everyone, not just the LEGO fans. It will work similar to the original Rock Band where it will take a small fee to export the songs.
They also point out some new DLC, like a Queen pack in October and a White Stripes pack coming in November.

In Beatles: Rock Band news, apparently everyone who buys the game on 360 will get a free Beatles shirt for their XBox avatar.
The song “All You Need Is Love” will also be available, exclusively to 360 and the proceeds will go to charity.

Gametrailers also has a video preview of the Rock Band network.
