Acquiring the talents of these two men would be a massive move and would more than likely cause the shares and sales of your company to sky rocket.
It is only a rumour at this stage and it is more than likely that the pair will remain at the gaming juggernaut, but when the time comes they will undoubtedly be offered alot of money to defer. And in this world money matters.
This leak is said to be the cause of the recent decision of EA to stop their take over bid. The recent decision by EA was met wit confusion from the gaming community, mainly due to the constant persistance of the company. But now that this news has come out it is clear that they are waiting to see whether they secure the Houser brothers. Because without them the company would severely suffer, and therefore be a waste of their money.
If th Houser brothers left it would have a devastating effect on Take Two. This woud be compareable to what happened to the creative team behind the Medal Of Honour series. In 2002 more than 20 developers from the allied assault team formed Infinity Ward, the creators of the Call of Duty series. Ever since, the COD series has clearly dominated the FPS category and surpassed MOH in every way. This is what is expected if the Houser's leave Take Two.
