It feels like Guitar Hero: Metallica only just came out and the next in the series is only a week away with Guitar Hero: Smash Hits arriving on the 26th. However it seems like Activision has more in store for the next couple of months as the list of achievements for Guitar Hero: Van Halen has just been revealed.
The list is for the 360 version but judging from past games in the series the Playstation 3 Trophies will no doubt be the same but with an added platinum trophy.
The game is rumored to feature 25 songs by Van Halen as well as a bunch from several other artists. The trophy descriptions reveal some of the songs featured in the game, such as:
'Little Guitars', 'Cathedral', 'Spanish Fly', and 'Eruption'
And the following songs have also been announced:
"Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" - Van Halen
"Dope Nose" - Weezer
"I Want It All" - Queen
"Jump" - Van Halen
"Panama" - Van Halen
"Semi-Charmed Life" - Third Eye Blind
"The Takedown" - Yellowcard
"You Really Got Me" - Van Halen
The game is scheduled for release in August.
