As I posted a few days ago, the Guitar Hero world record for highest co-op score in a song was broken by Danny Johnson and a friend. I also mentioned that they had apparently broken three other records that day and to expect to see them soon.
Well here they are!
Most impressive is they both scored 100% on the Metallica song 'Mercyful Fate'. Nice work guys!

Also interestingly is that MTV announced a new feature for Rock Band, called the 'Rock Band Network'. This will give anyone the ability to create their own tracks for the game and sell them on the network for between 50c to $3 per track.
Apparently this has been in development for over 16 months and it definitely sounds impressive. It will work by downloading some software to the computer that allows you to chart your songs and change things like the background effects and then upload it too a peer review service. Shortly after this, your song should appear in the game. Apparently the uploaded songs will be exclusive to the 360 version for some time and then appear in the PS3 and Wii versions later.
