No Doubt sues Activision over Band Hero

So apparently No Doubt are appearing in Band Hero. Who knew? Also they're unhappy about it.
Remember when Courtney Love and the remaining members of Nirvana were expressing their displeasure with Activision over the way that Kurt Cobain was portrayed in Guitar Hero 5. And then Bon Jovi said he wasn't informed of the full details of his proposed appearance in the game either.
Well it seems it's happened again. No Doubt don't like the fact that their virtual selves can be used to perform other peoples songs and play other instruments in Band Hero, so they're sueing. It sounds like legally Actvision got the band to sign the required paperwork after negotiations with their 'representatives' but it seems like Gwen and her crew are going to give it a shot anyway.
Activision has stated that it'd be too expensive to make any further changes to the game, to satisfy the band but perhaps this means they'll start to be more forthcoming with disclosing the full details of their contracts in the future.
Or perhaps not and they'll get sued a bunch more.
