Umm...you can buy that Yellowcard song you played in Band Hero for $2.
Pick of the week goes to 'Hark the Herald Angel Sing'. Bit of a weird choice but it's free so you can't argue too much with that. The Offspring song is also pretty decent, if not one of their best known.
Since the Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero DLC are cross compatible, it seems this weeks track pack is more Band Hero focused. Featuring songs from all the artists who's likenesses appear in Band Hero.
